Some shots of the Z06 out in Vegas today...was rollin with a Mclaren and a GT3
I've got a video I'm editing together...lots of drone shots and some other things. These are a few shots I took today. People think Vegas is all sand and heat...Pfff...
Just shot these with mahh phone, so don't expect nothin special. I wasn't prepared today, so I'm headed back tomorrow for a little more vid, so I can edit this all together from today. Need more Corvette vids on my channel, all I have is a bunch of traveling in our van going to races and pacific coast...want more Z06 content.

that's why I got outa the north....low and behold though, ol Vegas is getting snow...I can't escape! It was like 50 today though, so all good. I'm goin back tomorrow to try and get some more thorough footage, and things...so...we'll see.

I don't miss all that snow...I moved from Pa>Ga 4yrs ago, then Ga>LV this year. Trying to escape the cold/snow and it's chasing me!! Looked pretty awesome out there though...so much so I went back today to get more drone follow footage and some GoPro car exterior shots.
I'm makin the grandmama of all C5 Z06 vids...no good ones on youtube in my opinion. I have shots from all over the country in this car...gonna USE'em!
The desert "in bloom"....lol...I'm new here so...nothing will surprise me at this point...lol. Rains more than I thought it would, snowed like crazy, had a white christmas up in Mt Charleston but couldn't get one in Pa for 10yrs+, temp says 110 here, but 90 in Ga felt like torture by comparison...the heat is damn near enjoyable here. So...if the desert blooms...idk...I guess I'll be ready...lol.
I think the only C5 I would like other than my Torch Red FRC is an all black Z just like yours. It seems to be happy wherever you go. South West is definitely better weather than the South East....

I did get this shot outside Helen, Ga though...pretty sick. I know what ya mean though. I've scoured the east, all of the smokeys, blue ridge, various national forests, up to the hills of Pa/WV, Rhode Island....the east just doesn't have it compared to the west, by no means.
OK, so I'm going to UPDATE with some next level photos. The ones I posted above are all from ground based/phone, but these photos are frame pulls from my drone shooting in 4k. This will all be part of the "ultimate C5 Z06" video EVERRRRRRR....LOL. If there is one thing I know, it only takes ONE helluva an enthusiast video, to spark a rush to a particular chassis. Youtube is a great influencer in that way...I watched it happen with the E28 chassis, mostly via Petrolicious. This is gonna be the grandmama of all videos I've ever tried to create I think...and I've got some biguns. I still have some planning to do, and shooting some other places.

Great shot! Your pretty close to Miller, you should come up this spring, would be cool to get some track shots with snowy mountains in the background
