my Z06 has mod red with blk carpet, maybe the non Z red interior has the red carpet

Never saw red carpet in a mod red interior that was factory. Red carpet did come with many of the ars that had solid red seats. I really like the red carpet look,but I still have black at the moment.

Yes... as Patches posted, if you ordered the Torch Red interior in a non-Z06 you got everything red other than the upper dash, a-pillars, upper door panels, and headliner. The Z06 only had the "mod red" option which was 2-tone seats, and then the half red door panels, driver knee panel, and glove box; rest was black.

Torch Red after ~2000, Firethorn Red before that
Red interior was a thing for the C5, and I looked for years for a silver on red m6 car before getting a silver Z06 (financially motivated decision there)

Firethorn was a very ugly burgundy fit for Grandma's Buick IMO, love the torch red though.

My 94 ZR-1 had a TR interior and I loved it. Wish my 02 C5Z had a TR interior, instead of Mod Red.
