C6 z06 speedlines on c5?
Hey guys I know this has been discussed I have a 99 c5 coupe want to pick up c6z06 speedlines front 18" rear 19" but I can't get a clear answer on this, questions below.
* Will the rim actually rub on a c5 or are people having that issue with the stock c6 tires because of the width.
*Since the rims need new tires what is a good size for front and rear to run without having rubbing issues?
*Where is the best place to get replacement tpms without spending an arm and a leg?

They stick out Mexi-style.
Aside from that the tire specs are on google.
My c6z tires and wheels far outweighed my c5z tires and wheels.
You’d get a loss of steering response/feel and acceleration putting on c6z rollers, plus they’d stick out.
To me that’s not a good plan, some have done though, maybe they’ll chime in on the benefit.
A good discount (on most parts) is www.gmpartsdirect.com but you have to factor shipping and longer wait compared to the dealer.

Hmm seems like its not the best idea now but was hoping with different tires it would work out well. I plan to put a supercharger on at some point so the added wheel weight etc isn't that big of an issue, seems the offset is really the only issue on the wheels but idk don't want to go through all of it to find out its a crap set up.
