Those are just C5 Z06 replica wheels with machined lips and fake bolts/rivets. I see them on Craigslist in my area all the time and you can probably find them on eBay. Shouldn't cost you more than $300-500 for a set.
The fake rivets look nice. Cleaning them is a little less nice...
My car and rims are ceramic coated. Clean up is so easy. Last week I drove her over 600 miles of interstate in some rain and road grime. Then this past Saturday it stormed raining here. The car looked almost clean just from the rain. Anyone on the fence about ceramic coating should get off the fence and get er done.

I have them on my car. They're replicas I picked up from a local forum member last year. Wasn't looking for them, but was too good a deal to pass on. I've really grown to like them and the overall look.
