I95 in Jacksonville traffic. I'm not sure if you consider that normal highway driving but it is not unusual for trafic to move over 75-80mph. I stay clear of semis and other peoples blind spots. That means passing people. After a half hour of that I noticed substantial brake fade. But yea, That was with ceramic pads. The C6 Z brakes really bite even with ceramic pads. They inspire more confidence IMO.

I have only ever really experienced significant noticeable brake fade when coming out of turn 1 @ Pocono after multiple passes on the short track. It was noticeable in hard braking from 100+mph. Not heard of this issue highway driving. Must be brutal down there in FL.

Again, I'm a little conscientious about driving around large trucks. I-295 and I-95 here are insane. Jax has grown a little to quickly IMO. Most larger cities I have been to are the same way.
My point was more about the difference in the C6Z brakes and that most family sedans have larger brakes in this day and age. Not that the C5 brakes are inadequate for the vehicles weight in daily driving.
