Hi All,

I'm not sure what the complexity involved would be, but I'm kind of surprised that nobody makes an aftermarket taillight that's clear with a deep center like the C7 Z06. Anyone else interested in having something like this for pur cars??

Maybe, if it looks cool and modern. The halo lights are basically the goto c5 aftermarket light and have been for some time. New choices would be interesting.

Clear lenses and modified from an original look one to boot? Yeah I'd probably be interested.

Not surprising at all. The cost to develop elaborate lens housings for cars discontinued 15 years ago couldn't possibly be justified by the few numbers that would sell. I mean, nobody buys the clear abominations that are already on the market, so...

Morimoto makes C7 style tailights for the C6. It would be neat to see a similar product for the C5. Adds a touch more depth to the rear end.

Could look good on the car, but I tend to agree with FYRARMS about the cost to develop vs. the potential sales.
