I just say the How to in this forum about adding C6 seats to a C5 and it says there are adapters available for the harness aftermarket. My 97 has both sport seats with power, so if I did C6 seats I'd either have to rewire the C6 to match the C5 or use some kind of adapter. I saw a bunch of topics about this, but most of them don't give definitive instructions to how to rewire them and most are more about getting power to the passenger side that my car already has. I found a nice set of C6 seats (both power), but I want to get a feel for what I'm up against before I buy them.

Use your C5 seat frame and they bolt right in . same set belt.

So you use everything still attached to the stock frame? and Just use the C6 seat its self?

Yep, that's what I'm going to do. Picked up these C6 seats for $200. Going to put new GM foam and Ridies covers then use just the seats with the stock C5 tracks.

I used the c6 seats and frames. I bought a adapter plug that converted the C5 plug to the C6 seat. It was from Vette works, here is the link http://www.vetteworksonline.net/cata...x.php?cPath=77

If you use the C6 frames remember to switch the seat belt holders. You have to keep the C5 holder but you can sell your C6 seat belt holder in the C6 forum section.
