RPO codes from VIN
I have buddy looking at a 97/98 C5 with very low mileage ...bit of a barn find but I wanted to know if there is a site to check build codes w/ options via VIN #.

The RPO code sticker that 89nascar mentioned is the easiest way.
Otherwise, the build sheet may be rolled up inside the front bumper beam of the chassis or you can order a build sheet and/or a window sticker from the National Corvette Museum.\:
