Hey Leadfoot! We have 13 acres where we have built, and continue to build buildings. We sell our units and yes there is an HOA. The units are all 50' deep and 20' high. The difference is in the widths. We have 16', 20' 25' and 32' wide. We have 6 retail spaces out in front at the road. We do lease those. Thanks or asking!
