Brake ducts
I do not race my corvette. Do you actually still need the brake ducts?

No. You would be fine without them.

mine have been out for years, no issues at all and if you are just street driving you will never get the brakes that hot anyway

I'm wondering if the rear ducts on the Z06's actually did anything useful. I have an '00 FRC and like the fact I don't have them...

I'm sure they do otherwise GM would have never spent the extra $ on them. They try and build each car as cheap as they can.

Just curious why you would want to remove them (I assume you are talking about the front brake ducts)?

If you don't track the car, no need for them. I also don't see a need to remove them if you already have them. Unless one got damaged and you don't care to replace it.
