No problem at all, thanks for chiming in. Turns out somebody drilled a hole in this!?? I can't see any way this happened on accident. There is nothing near it you would drill into. Mind boggling. I bought the car this way last year. The car had 23k miles and it's mint. But I noticed the vents would never fully blow fwd and after testing found a vacuum leak in the blue hose. Which led to me digging this out. I have since sealed it up and works fine now but wtf. Every screw looked un touched accept the lower dash were someone installed a colum lock bypass. But that was a plug in module no soldering or anything needed. It was either a small drill bit or a fine tip solder iron poked it. But again there is no evidence of electrical work under there... Wow.
