That's exactly where the drone hits..around 1800rpm. It has drone that's the bottom line. Corsa is THE ONLY true solution for reducing that drone in cabin around this rpm range. Happy to go over options together. You can waste your money and try other options for less that will introduce more drone in cabin than your existing system. If you haven't already please review the youtube video above. I'm not one to bs, I'm not one to sell someone anything just to make a buck. If you truly want to solve the problem, this is the solution.
As mentioned above the drone comes on with both the Borla as well as most others besides the Corsa. I’m not a fan of the Corsa sound at all. I LOVE the Borla S type especially at WOT with longtubes, but it gets old at 1800 in 6th cruising at legal highway speeds. I did a 4.10 gear swap 20 years ago and a serendipitous byproduct of the gear swap was the RPMs in an M6 C5 are just above that 1800rpm drone zone at those same 60 -70mph legal highway speeds. So with a gear swap to 4.10 I not only get the added performance benefit of the gear I also eliminated drone at 1800 cruising at 60-70mph.
The 3.42 gears combined with most exhausts is where that drone becomes an issue. I’m back in 3.42 due to my second blown 4.10 diff at the track and the addition of a Novi 1500. I immediately hated the drone return first drive with the 3.42s. I picked up a spare diff with 3.90 gear that needs a clutch pack and my hardened output shafts installed. Hoping the 3.90 has the same lift in RPM to get me back out of that 1800 rpm drone zone cruising speed.
Not saying you or anyone should do a gear swap to 4.10 to eliminate drone. But it works and I was doing the gear for other reasons. It was just the surprise cherry on top when it eliminated the drone.
The OP has LT headers and BTR stage 2 cam and doesn’t want drone. He already has titanium mufflers. He wants it a little louder with no drone. Hmmm. Try Corsa Sport if that drones, go back to the titanium mufflers. Not much more you can do.

This is exactly what I have decided to do. The only exception is that I did find someone that can weld Ti, so if the Corsa Sport isn't enough, I am going to put cut outs in.
I have BTR stage 2 cam, LT's, catted X pipe with 12" resonators built in and Corsa Sport.
IMO best exhaust I have ever had....and I'd had 8 different combos on my car. Corsa Sport can still be loud/overbearing. First 6 mo-1year is fine but the cold startups and over 3k it still can be loud....however no drone. To give it a more touring feel I added 2 12" resonators in the midpipe. Still no drone but gave a nice deep tone but still can hear the Corsa in it.
Good luck, let us know if you get drone. Lots of C5 guys don’t like the drone. Your information may be helpful.
I will report back for sure. I ordered them this morning as the price dropped on Amazon actually, cheapest price I've seen anywhere! 😁 made me happy especially since I'll get 5% back with my amazon card, double win!

Damn near silent on the highway.
How was it prior to adding the resonators? I am not planning on adding them. So mine will be BTR stage 2, LT, hi flow cats, x pipe and sports. Damn near exactly what you have!

That's too bad i bet i would have been cheaper after my corvette forum discount + rebate. Since you ordered from Bezos you are disqualified from the Corsa rebate unfortunately.

Your Ultimate Resource For Headers, Exhaust Systems & more for Corvette! I carry Corsa, Kooks, ARH, Borla, Billy Boat, Akrapovic, Capristo & Much More
The only thing quieting down my system is high flow cats and the resonators on the bullet axle back. I show those imports what a real man’s exhaust sounds like every chance I get. To bad I’m running stock cam, even a small cam would make it sound even better. Or a cam motion titan 4!!! Yea.

I can return them to Amazon. Shoot me your price for comparison.

There is no drone with Corsa. HOWEVER, the level of sound inside the car CAN BE loud at some times. Normal driving and pulling RPM's through 2000-2200, the exhaust can open up so coming home late at night or early morning cold starts it is loud. No getting around it unless you short shift a lot and nothing you can do with cold start idle. Above 3000 RPM it can get ear piercing loud. FWIW, it took me about a year to get "fed up" and wanted resonators.
I added resonators to kick down the rasp and lean more toward a "touring exhaust" that works well 95%+ of the time. I do admit, idling into a parking lot etc I do miss the louder "pre resonator sound" that would turn a lot of heads, but that is a low percentage of time I'm doing that.
I'm a LITTLE tempted to swap out the two 12" resonators for some 4-6" ones to give back a little more tone of the Corsa. The way I have it now, it is damn near silent on the highway and road/tire noise is noticeable louder. Makes for a great cruising car with the wife. I don't care much for a very loud exhaust as that just screams "look at me" and when your bar is louder than your bite I just shake my head. People liking BB Bullets or Corsa Extreme just confuses me. It might be cool for a week, but living with it hell no.

thank you for your reply. What you have described without the resonators is what I'm going for. Not extreme loudness, but definitely enough to be heard. This is a weekend fun car and my closest neighbor isn't close. So not worried about cold starts or levels when shifting. Especially when I always try my best to be home before dark when driving vette due to the deer population around here. The exhaust gets delivered tomorrow, hoping I'll be able to find the time to get it put on quickly. Thank you again for confirming the path I took!

If that's the case I think you'll love the Corsa Sports.
