I would consider that highly priced in the current market for an auto and the miles.
A good deal would be 14k-16k depending on condition.
Same thing to consider with all of them. 04's have issues with the fuel tanks so any wetness or smell of gas would be a red flag. Check harmonic balancer and go through onboard diag to check for faults.

Check the Sticky threads for items to look at and have it inspected by a tech familiar with the C5. If it all checks out and you can get it at a lower price, then go for it.
Yep, consider reading the sticky threads at the top of this forum. It has at least the spoiler added. I would want to make sure I knew EVERYTHING that is aftermarket on the car before I bought it.
The C5 is loaded with electrical anomolies. Better have a C5 expert do a complete exam before purchase.
I read about that and the dreaded harmonic balancer issues every day on these boards but have yet to experience any such issues with my C5. I guess I’ll consider myself fortunate.
Price isn't unreasonable. Just depends on how well it was taken care of.
harmonic balancer replaced?
count on a flush of all fluids
Test the battery
Clean the radiator / condenser
clean the two udders under the windshield
the HVAC illumination can go dim or out
just check everything for proper working order
