Default Headlight Issue
2000 C5 headlights come on and raise normal. When turning off, both go off and lower, but left light comes back up partially. Suggestions?

Typically this occurs when the “bumpers” are worn. Luckily it’s possible to remove the bumpers and rotate them rather than replace them.
