I have a AA supercharger on my base c5 along with a bunch of other mods, the car originally had a stock size radiator and was running warm so I ordered the Dewitt’s cut down rad and just installed it this weekend. Now my temps are getting up to almost 240 degrees when just cruising, at idle it will stay around 195-200 but as soon as I start moving it spikes really quick when im just cruising around, it was a hot day yesterday (around 85 degrees) but I don’t think it should be getting that hot ever, I’ve tried to burp the air 3 times now and I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten all the air out. I’m kinda lost as to what to do now, any ideas would be greatly appreciated
thanks!
and to add I put new fans in with the rad install and they are programmed to turn on way earlier than stock but it makes no difference

I also have an A&A kit. I have the stock radiator and fans ( my fans are tuned as well). I don't ever get above 230 even on 100° days. On a normal day I don't get above 210°. You definitely have an issue. How much thicker is the Dewitt's radiator? Maybe there's not enough room for airflow in the custom A&A air box. That's just a guess though. I assume you have everything installed correctly. My normal advice would be to check your coolant levels and clean out the radiator, but you just installed it. Good luck, sorry I couldn't help more.
