I bought a leather wrap from eBay, i’m intending to put it on, but need some help. Has anyone ever tackled this task before? My question is, how would I get the the stitching lines to line up straight? I’ve seen videos where somebody carves it in the dash with a tool and the leather stitching sits in those groves. I’ve also seen someone steam it to stretch out the leather as it’s applied. So my questions are, what’s the best way to apply it so the stitching are straight on the dash and which is the best glue? Thank you in advance!
