[Z06] individual tire replacement

individual tire replacement
as per my previous posts , it looks like I will need to replace my right rear tire
my rears currently have right at 10,000 miles on them.... ( as of today )
is it okay to replace just one...?
I dont track the car so they have equal tread left
is there any concern with replacing the one side ? ( as the new left one will now have 10,000 miles on it and the right will be new )
also, :) ...should i look at trying to find a used tire of similar mileage ?

I had a similar problem on my 2000 Coupe.
I don't think the car will pull to one side, because the maximum difference should only be 6/32s of an inch. However, you will always have 1 new and 1 old tire on the rear, if you buy a new tire.
Why not lookup "karshop" on the forum. He sold me a used tire once for 1/2 the price of a new one. He should be able to match your left side treadwear.

Glad to help.
Plus just finding a tire dealer that can get you a new rear F1 is a real PITA these days. Nobody seems to have them in stock.
We are all :steering: wearing them out quicker than Goodyear can make them!! :lol:
