The best you can do is extrapolate the number of cars made with this combo.....
We know that 9752 '97 Vettes were made and that 2809 had the MN6. That means that 28.89% were MN6's. If you take 28.89% of the 381 Lt. Carmine Red Metallic cars, I come up with 110 cars.
This of course is an approximation - but I'll bet it's within a reasonable amount of accuracy. By the way - in the Corvette Black Book by Mike Antonick - he discusses this very method of calculating numbers.
