PIAA or Sylvania Superstar Headlight bulbs?
Which bulbs are a better value and the closest to HID lights?
I like the "bluish" tint like HID lights.
Which of these would be the best for my 9005 and 9006 application?
The Sylvania Silverstars
or
PIAA Series Star White
or
PIAA Xtreme White with Xtra Technology

I would say the PIAA Xtreme White is the whitest light of those mentioned. Plus you can get them in higher than stock wattages.
I have the Silver stars on my Jeep ZJ and they are much whiter and brighter than stock, but they don't throw light any further than the stock bulbs. Granted, this is on a Jeep, but I assume the same is true with the Vette using Silverstars in the stock housings.
