Well I finally got notice of the steering lock recall for my '99 hardtop which I traded last month for '01 Z06. Does anyone know if this applies to the '01 Z06 as well?

Someone posted that the Zs are not specifically listed, but his dealer's shop said it would be covered. You might want to check this at a local (trusted) dealership.

I have a 2001 Z06 and just got my recall notice for the steering column lock in the mail this week (7-23-01) even though my VIN is not listed in the sequence posted by Fichtner in his newsletter.
