Default FS:GM Polished Thin Spokes and Nitto 555 Extreme

I have a set of original GM forged Alcoa polished thin spokes from a 2000 Corvette with Nitto 555 Extreme tires in stock C5 sizes (245/45ZR17 and 275/40ZR18). The wheels are in excellent condition with NO curb rash, NO clearcoat issues, very nice barrels and very nice fronts. 3 of the wheels have the "standard" wheel weight marks courtesy of GM. There is a few slight scuffs and a couple small rock chips (approx 1/16"). These are very slight but I believe in full disclosure. The tires have from 7 to 9/32 tread depth and had 4900 miles when removed. Wheels had 5000 miles on the original car and 4900 on mine. The package also includes center caps, lug nuts, lug locks with key and chrome lug caps. NO PRESSURE SENSORS as these have been on my 66 coupe! A full set of pics is at
http://s104.photobucket.com/albums/m...20and%20Tires/

The right rear tire had a nail in it so I had it repaired and remounted. I will include it in the deal for no charge or I can dismount and discard, buyers option.

$700+shipping.

Here is a couple sample pics:

Thanks for looking!
Nick

That is a good deal for those wheels and tires. Rims alone are worth $500, those are forged polished rims made by Alcoa, rears rims weight 20 lb each.

Good deal, good luck with the sale.

Do you have any pics of the rims on the car?

That is correct, they are forged Alcoa's. They were on my 66 coupe, pics below:

Nick D, small world, eh? I have friends that live in Ramona. Did you ever take that '66 drag racing? And you're only as old as you feel...

Good deal here on some wheels & tires.

Hey Dan! Small world is right! Never drag raced it at the track, I would be interested to see what it would do. We are taking it on the Corvette Caravan this year so maybe at Bowling Green. Are you going? The SoCal Caravan joins ours in Okla City so get signed up!! I went in '99 from Calif, it is a blast!

My friend has a restored 65 vert. First year with all disk brakes. Man, those cars sure are beautiful to look at! Would these fit his without flaring the fenders?

I believe the Y2K thinspokes on 2000 model year cars were the only year where they were forged, and then it wasnt on all the cars and only when available from Alcoa. I have a set of them from my Y2k.

Here's a bump to you for keeping such a beautiful C2.

Thanks for the bump BoiseVette!

These won't fit your friends 65 without major surgery. I have 1996 Corvette suspension under my car and flares at all 4 corners to fit them.

You are correct on the 2000 PAINTED wheels as being the only year for being forged and made by Alcoa. ALL the polished thin spokes from 2000-2004 are forged Alcoa's and the painted ones are spun cast Speedlines.

For the Z06, all wheels are painted and ONLY 2001 are Alcoa forged. All other years are spun cast Speedlines.

Hopefully I haven't screwed this up.

Bump for a super price on a great package. Like getting the tires for free as the Forged Alcoas in great condition are worth the price alone Someone who understands what you have here will surely grab these!

Thanks for the information. That'll come in handy in the future. I've got to tell you, I think those rims on your car actually look better than on my C5. Why not keep them... and keep turning those heads?

Bump for AWESOME wheels & tires. I wont sell mine!
