I am interested but how does it work? Do I purchase the system then send a copy of the invoice to Borla and get reimbursed or what? I am interested in a 14946.

I mail you the certificate, then you mail it to Borla along with payment. If you want to pay by credit card, you still mail the certificate to Borla with a note saying you want to pay on the credit card. Once they receive the certificate, they will call you for your credit card number.

Ah, I see. So the coupon only applies to purchases directly from Borla. Not a problem, it just explains a lot. What is the price that you show for the 14946? Is shipping added on after the discount, before, or included.
