We do have some with the floppy ears. We are in the process of making a mold and design our own version of them but much better than the card board that GM uses. We are going to try and make some from Carbon Fiber.

That's what i figured. We will be needing some cores in the near future for the hardware.

Need the black assembly bracket/skeleton that the driver side headlight sits in. I do not need the motor, headlight or cover. Just what holds in it place. Mine is cracked and causing it to shake and rub against hood.

Do you need the metal section that bolts to the car?

Well Its been a while since I looked at and it and took it apart. But from what I recall when I removed the painted top panel and removed the black housing around the headlight. There was some broken pieces where a screw or two went and some of the pieces were missing. So im assuming its the metal/plastic frame it sits in?

Yes you are referring to the plastic section that the headlight cover mounts to. We are out of those.

This would cause the whole headlight to shake though, even the painted panel when hitting a bump? I can also jiggle it about 1/4inch of play. The passenger side is nice and stiff too.
