just opened package.Perfect condition means that there is no issues at all with the item. You forgot to mention that the set screw hole is cracked (broken) from being over tightened. The **** was turned in the pics and the crack could not be seen.I have no use for this item please contact me so we can work this out.

I have numerous time ask moderators on this forum to have at least a sticky for us to put these guys names on there so others can check, but been repeatedly refused and my threads deleted from here. They promise a system is on the way,but still nothing. How hard can it be to have a sticky thread where we list bad experience with sellers? Hell, we got one for good sellers!
I see the Seller is a new Member as well.

To clear a few things up....
I am not a scammer. I sold a part that I have been using for more than a year with no problem. The crack where the set screw is was never an issue during use. Hell, it took me some good tugging/leverage to get the stripped screw out and never once did it feel like the **** was just going to pop off. I can agree, perfect was not the most accurate word to use and I should have thought that through.
Believe it or not, the **** was not intentionally turned in the photo... that's just how it layed when set on the carpet. There was never an intention to scam anyone. I am truly sorry that you feel that way. Having been on the receiving end, I know how it feels and would not intentionally do it to any one else.
I dont immediately see replies to my threads because I opt to not receive emails from forums. So, that is why my replies are late... because I only see them when I log in... and as of recent have been extremely busy.
The transaction is currently in dispute with PayPal. PayPal is holding the money so I cannot do anything with the money at this point until they release it... and which they will release it to the "winning" party. I did not agree to the refund at the start of the dispute because the only description I was given was "the item is broken". Based on that, I could not agree to a refund since I dont agree that the item is broken. The buyer has my direct email address and never contacted me at it... only via the forum which I havent been able to access until recent.
So, flame all you want. But I am not a scammer. I am a honest hardworking person.
Once the dust settles with PayPal. Maybe we can work something out? Maybe you should try contacting me at my direct email address instead of going on a forum and posting negative ****.
