Are those taillights brand new? I thought they went for $255 brand new? Looking for a set. Is the harness just for hyper flash or do the taillights work sequentially

There $290 new plus a waiting period for the mod plus shipping sequential is just for sequential not hyper flash.There about 2months old I dont even drive my car its sits in the garage.
