The AlignIt tools get the covers centered perfectly with the crank and install the seal in seconds.

Drifting
I did my timing cover (balancer, chain, oil pump) in the beginning of the Summer, and so far no leaks. I was concerned since the tool was a little tight on removal after tightening the cover.
I give it a big . Good price and it works.

Got the rear main one from Sac City, and wow. First fast shipping, 2nd it made it so easy to install the rear main and cover!
As an after though, as in after i installed it... what's the best way to ensure the seal is going in straight? Do you also offer something that goes into the middle so you can hammer straight from the middle with out using a block? Or was my hammer not big enough...?

As for putting the seal in, either lightly tapping evenly around the tool or using the small block of wood on the center will work. We will look into possibly making a change for that. Thanks for pointing that out.

Hi all!
If you're doing an engine build or cam swap, these tools will help prevent premature seal wear and leaks.

Also, while doing that build or rear main seal, its a good time to install our Billet Barbell to help keep unfiltered oil out of your bearings and lifters.
Check out our Billet Oil System Improvement Parts.
