Control **** for the HUD brightness control

Trying to be specific here. I am looking to replace the **** that fits on the slider that controls the brightness on the HUD display. Do you have one and how much, please?

how much for the dash defrost vent (if black), coolant reservoir, passenger side door reflector and hud system including black plastic surrounding bezel and both rear lower control arms?
