I'm sure yours will be fine I just believe that at one point the manufacturer had an issue and I'm sure it has been corrected my prob is I bought from another forum member instead of new. So I have no recourse and there's no way to contact the company directly so with that said without a receipt from a legit company who sells them I have noway of getting the right side replaced I've tried modifying them to make them wrk by sending them to a reputable header co. And after several attempts to add metal to raise #6 cyclnder on the flange just isn't cutting it unfortunately the company who makes them are Chinese I've tried multiple times to contact them to no avail so now I just have to eat it and buy new

Default Headers for sale

I have a pair of Kook's SS. headers and X-pipe I'm selling for a friend.
They were on his 2003 Z06, for less than 14K miles. These headers do have the little tube for EGR/ Emission, one on each bank.
I didn't realize they made 2 different sizes of primary pipes, I can check which Diameter they are if it makes a difference.

The X-pipe also come in two different sizes; a 2-1/2" outlet for stock mufflers or 3" for aftermarket mufflers. They do have the pair of "Cats" near the collector; making them 49 state legal.

I'm willing to let them go for $550 each.

Please e-mail me for fastest responce;
woloshansky@verizon.net

Thanks,

Mike

You can probably have a machine shop, mill the header flange. If thats where the leak is. I have done that in the past, and had good luck fixing the problem.
