Dear Corvetteforum.com Members,

We have a set of HRE 546 wheels in chrome finish with everything you will need to install them. They are also custom cut for a big brake set-up if you ever wish to install one.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE WHEELS ARE NOT DRILLED FOR TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS SO THESE WHEELS WILL ONLY WORK ON A Z06. THEY CAN BE SENT BACK TO HRE TO BE DRILLED FOR TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE IN ORDER TO WORK ON YOUR C5. THIS MAY TAKE UP TO A WEEK TO BE DONE!

Sizes are:

Front Wheels: 18" x 9.5"
Rear Wheels: 19" x 10.5"

Shawn, as another option for your customer HRE sells the bands that secure the sensor to the rim. Cutting off the valve stem portion of the sensor and band clamping it right next to the valve stem hole is like having a standard sensor... it works normally. I'm not sure purchasing band clamps would offset the cost of shipping the rims back, having them corrected for sensors, then shipping them back to you or end customer but just offering an alternative in case the custmer has to have them NOW:D.

My sensors are just glued on, with the valve stems cut off and they work fine. I think JB Weld was used. The clamps would add insurance, but the glue seems to do the trick. :cheers:

These are the HRE's I wanted! I doubt you will see a pic of them on another C5 becuase I don't think anyone has these, but I think these would look super aggressive on a Vette! Who ever buys these, please post some pics! :)
