My end links were shot on my 99 coupe so I went ahead and ordered c6 z51 bars, new links and zo6 shocks.

Parts came in 2 days, after I put them in the car drives completely different.

A+ worth every penny.

Yes, it is normal. We asked GM Engineering at Carlisle a few years ago and they stated the shocks leak during transit because they are not vertical and they are not compressed. We have only had 1 bad shock after install in all of these years.

If replaced for the OEM shocks for a base c5 w/ f45, will it trigger the active handling dummy light?

Sure, just send me an email, gene@cultragperformance.com, with what you need and all and I'll take care of it. Since it doesn't have anything to do with the current thread I'd like to keep it off the thread.

Do the z06 shocks make the ride firmer? Would you recommend them for a stock daily driver?

It will make the ride more firm, yes. Washboard, no. I would definitely recommend for a daily driver with no issues.

I recently bought a very well preserved 2000 Corvette with 4,500 orig miles - I fully intend to DRIVE this car. My car has the F45 Selective Real Time Damping suspension, would this C6/Z51 sway bar upgrade cause any issues with that setup?

Thanks Gene!
