Could you run a 18x9.5 semi concave in front, and a 18x10.5/11 deep concave n the rear? Or would that look funny? Trying to keep stock width

We have done the 18x9.5 19x11 set up a few time before. The set up would work well on your Z06. We ran 275/35-18 up front and 305/35-18 on the rear. We will get you the exact offsets needed for a perfect set up.
