Default ***Radioflyer's Bi-xenon ACA: Batch 2 now available***

Batch 2 of our Bi-xenon ACA headlights is now underway. Normal wait time for these lights is now 1-2 weeks (depending on volume of orders) At the time of this post, there are 42 sets available for purchase.

http://shop.radioflyerinnovations.co...lights-015.htm

For those of you who are not familiar with these headlights:

These headlights are the apex of aftermarket innovation in C5 headlight design. They are currently the ONLY Production Bi-xenon system that is complete plug-and-play/Bolt-on. The low beams emit 3X the light projected over nearly 10 times the road surface....plus they look fantastic.

Negative. This is a completely new housing. The factory housings are NOT used at all.

That being said, the new housing requires nothing more than being bolted-on and plugged in.

The factory painted cover and plastic trim piece are re-used. The only thing being replaced is the reflector assembly and bulbs.

Does this swap out require installation of a separate ballast unit to power the headlights? I am interested in the upgrade but I am not looking to do any modifications to my Vette beyond items that can truly just be bolted in as a direct swap out.

Thanks in advance for your response!

Default Deposit

George,

Are batch 2 orders available with a deposit, or do you need the full purchase price?

Thanks

The ballast is not housed within the headlight if that's what you're asking. Haven't yet dove into the headlight housings themselves, but doubt there would be sufficient room to have it contained within.

Here is the installation guide which shows what goes into the swap: http://radioflyerinnovations.com/upl..._08-23-13_.pdf

Since all components are in the US, we are not currently offering the deposit. Purchases are to be paid in full upon ordering.

Yes, the ballasts are included. The factory low beam connector plugs directly into the ballast and the ballast into the bulb. The kit is completely plug-and-play/Bolt-on
