I got my lift from Derek Weaver in Fort Worth just off I-20 on the southeast side. They have a nice showroom and can show you working lifts. Ask for Doug Marshall, he took very good care of me. I got an ANSI certified Direct-Lift with the sliding jack and its been awesome. They fixed me up with a person to pick it up, deliver and set it up. Total satisfaction.

My ceiling is 12 foot which is more than enough. So far the lift being a little over a year old has been flawless. I bought the moveable sliding jack when I got the lift. It started leaking a couple months after purchase. It was a non issue, they shipped me a new hydraulic cylinder immediately without even looking at it.
