Default WTB: C5 Built Trans

Hello,

Looking like I broke my output shaft on my trans in my Z06. Seeing if anyone has any built trans they are looking to sell? The area will be Las Vegas.

Let me know what ya got.

Thanks

Can't really find anything definitive saying that a c6 trans would work in a c5. So still on the lookout for one!!

I swapped a built t56 from what I believe was an 05 or 06 base c6 into my c5 and just had to change the tail housing I believe. You will want to check with someone like RPM or RKT56 to be certain. I think the C6Z06 trans might be slightly different (even the T56 cars from the early C6Z years)

Thx for the offer, but am I missing something? Built stage 4 is around $2800 from RPM. Stage 6 is more around $3500

It comes with a mccloud twin disc rxt, so $3,500 is a good price in my eyes

Ah ok, that makes more sense. That's not bad. Unfortunately, I have an RXT installed with about 600 miles so I am g2g on that.
