The part number you provided is for the passenger seat. The passenger seat does not have memory, only the drivers seat.
Best I can do is $60 shipped. Here is a picture of the module. It came off of a 1999 coupe passenger seat.

I created a account on Pay Pal just now.
I added the bank account. They verify the bank. I guess it takes one day to let me put money in from my account.
I will transfer you $60 as soon as i get verified. Many one days time I guess.
