Yes it is. Dry and sealed tight as it should be.if you want to pm me your cell number I'll gladly text you pictures. And the pictures I have are taken immediately after removal when I pulled it outside and just hosed it off lightly to remove dirt and grime. Hasn't been scrubbed, oven cleaner, etc or anything of that matter. Want people to see it for the condition it actually is.
