Default Laptrax TracActive Controller

This might be a long shot, but I'm looking for a Laptrax TracActive Controller for a C5. I have a 2004 and I want to run 295/35/18 front and rear, thus I'd like to have my car's active handling "boot up" in "competition mode". The Laptrax TracActive Controller is the solution, but it doesn't look like it has been available for years (no idea why).

IF someone has one for sale, PLEASE PM ME!!!

I installed this module a while back. It's similar to the LapTrax. It automatically puts the car into whatever initial mode you program it for (AH/TC, TC, Comp or neither) when you first start the car. You can defeat it by hitting the AH/TC button and turn it all off or hit it again to have it all back on. It keeps the car in the last stored mode until you reset/reprogram it so if, for instance, you always want AH/TC off, you program it for that and the car always starts in that mode. You can still order it from their website.

Thanks guys. A forum member hopped up and had a spare Laptrax so I picked it up. This is all good info for someone looking for a Laptrax alternative.

Does this keep it from displaying "active handling off" in the dic?

You still have to reset the DIC display when you first start the car, IIRC.
