Default 03 C5 LS1 Bat Wing Oil Pan Cover

Still looking ..... any leads ... this for LS1 Lower cover is all that's needed due to a small crack ....
Have already tried VetteNuts

You may want to use this as an opportunity to upgrade to C6 oil pan.

Default I have the same problem

I too have a crack in the lower cover. The pan had been stored for a while and I guess something hit it. I gather from your search the cast pan cannot be easily welded? Stupid you cannot buy the lower piece itself but you have to buy the entire pan.

I have been told that the cast cover can be welded. That should repair the crack. The only thing I see being an issue is if the crack is in a spot where the gasket goes. The welded area may not seal correctly. Mine crack is not so I am going to see about getting it welded.
