Wanted Sun Visor retainer / bezel 97 C5
Looking for the retainer that fastens the sun visor to car as shown in picture. One of mine broke when I was changing out visors - Thanks for any help.

you need the visor bezels......sold mine, they are a rare piece to get here because no one thinks about them...ask some folks parting out they may have them

I just broke one as well, on a set of new reproduction visors. Ack. Corvette Mods lists them for -- be ready for it -- $30 each. And indicates they are side specific to boot.

The piece that you have circled is part of the sun visor rod. Is this truly what you need? Or are you looking for the piece that is part of the windshield header that the sun visor mounts to.
I do have a couple of worn out sun visors if you are looking for the part that is on the rod. Just need to know which side is needed as they are side specific.

Was it by chance the same as mine, the rod bezel on a new reproduction visor? I switched over the original bezel to the new visor and it works fine. Fitted the other side with the reproduction bezel, and while it didn't break (yet) it did deform somewhat and doesn't fit worth a dang.
