Do these fit the c5 with out having to be cut in front on the drivers side due to being taller for the alt/bracket. Robert

I just don't want you to sale these to someone in here & then get ask to pay for shipping back & give the money back.. Reall look at putting these onto your car & you will see what I am talking about.. Robert

Man don't want to be mean to you but these will not fit a c5 with the alternator in the stock location. I know cause I bought a set of these from a guy in here. You will have to cut a small piece from the front of the valve cover then turn the piece you cut out inside out & then tig weld that back into place for these to work.. That is what I had to do that is the only way..

I agree I paid a guy 45.00 to cut & tig weld it back in to place this will give the buyer about cost on it. But they do look good on the car plus you really cant tell the cut out due to how most of it goes under the ALT/bracket.. Plus on this here to the buyer all you have to do is turn the piece that is cut out flip it up side down no more cutting on it r nothing just tig back Robert
