Ok here we go: Using one post to sell two turbo kits. STS Turbo Kit (Go To Post #3) and Custom Turbo Kit (See Below.)

This is a very long thread so please do not reply to the entire thread which will only re-post the pictures over and over again.


Up for sale is my custom built (by forum member JDS99) Twin turbo kit for the C5 corvette.

This is a completely custom built Kit and is Jet Coated. The instructions to install this is literally Identical to the TTIX kit. So you can download that PDF and should be good to go (Included in my google drive link.)

The turbos Turbonetics 6265 Journal Bearing Turbos. I had purchased this in intentions to run this on my car but I got an awesome deal for an UPP kit from TPS Mike so this kit is up for sale to recoup the cost of my UPP kit. (BTW excellent Vendor I have ever dealt with)

What's Included:
Both turbos,
All piping and T-Bolt Clamps
New C6 oil pan with trap doors and shaved for both non and stroked motors.
Intercooler (Not Pictured), Wastegates, BOV and everything pictured in the pictures that respectively belongs in the kit.
Engine mount grinded to clear turbo and piping.

Also included is a battery relocation cables not pictured.

What you will need.
If you want to retain AC you will need to purchase the Huron Speed AC kit. Or at least I did but may work with the stock AC (not sure about that)

Hinson Motor Mounts that are 3/4 inch shorter. I may include mine that have only been used to mock my motor in the bay but never been ran on the street yet, but those will only be included if they are not compatible with the UPP kit and price will reflect that.

Brand new Fuel Setup is available too for this kit with a Magnafuel 4103 external pump - I will continue editing that portion as soon as I make time.
