Free bump -- have to note that you and I have completely different thoughts on what term 'headers' means.

Headers to me are bolted to the heads on exhaust side “headed” to exhaust outlets ,, what else would you call them? Not smart remark but I think you mean long tube headers are what you mean by headers ?

Maybe he's of the thinking that stock ones are referred to as exhaust manifolds, and headers are usually referred to when they're aftermarket(shorties or longtubes).

Apart from this ad, never seen exhaust manifolds referred to as headers.
Manifolds in the purest sense are where all exhaust ports travel to a single tube/plenum. "Log" manifolds from years back flowed horribly. Modern units, even those with a single pipe are much better (they often get larger with the addition of each inket).
But, the majority of people I know refer to any factory cast ..manifold, as a manifold. Or maybe better said;
Manifolds = cast
Headers = tubes

Didn't mean to create a quandary, just thought it would be a mildly witty thread bump...
My mildly witty skills obviously need more work
