Default My factory CD player not working C5
I am looking to buy cd changer that is located in the rear it is a factory 12 disc changer .

CDs are ancient history. If I were in your shoes I would replace the dead changer with an iPod.

Copy the audio off your CD's into music files and use a streaming device to play them back. Or put them on a USB stick. Then you can get album art shown on the dash. Its probably worth modifying the dash to fit a double-din head unit. I think there are some how-to or work journal posts in the audio section.

Those CD thingies will never catch on I bet.

I still love my cassette player in my C5.

Hard to beat those for the high fidelity quality and ease of use.

I looked at doing that decided to go aftermarket unit. alpine removeable does it all bluetooth USB CD..
