It was an obvious rotational vibration beginning around 2000 rpm and continuing up. Brand new shortblock, built right, did it with clutch in, clutch out, moving or stopped. Had to be something in the rotating assembly. Immediately pulled and sent clutch in to monster and they balanced. You can notice in the picture with the flywheel just below my hand the two black marker marks with material removed in 2 spots. Those weren't there before. I now have every reason to believe this is setup and totally good to go now for anyone wanting/needing a new clutch rated to 550 ft*lb. I thought it felt nice and was very easy to drive for the few miles I put on it.
