If I can even borrow one to scan and the have cast, I would. Once one is cast two is easy.

Not yet.

If I could even borrow one, I can get a 3D scan done and send it to a local casting house.

One advantage to living in SoCal, with the aerospace industry here, there are a lot of small shops to help make things.

Personally I don't care for that pedal. I think the one pictured by OP matches oem brake and clutch pedals. I wouldn't do the dead pedal either but that's just me.
