Fedex...wrap the sharp edges in foam pad and plastic wrap...easy as pie...it's how Rock Auto ships all their exhausts. Just shipped swaybars across the entire country that way...50.00 and minimal packing costs.

really? I contacted fed ex and they told me it had to be in a box. Maybe if I go in person.
