Ordered mine. Asked for Shale, and the coupon code gave me the discount. Much appreciated. (For clarity, Shale costs 45.00 more. That was added to the initial purchase price, then the discount was applied to that total.)

Didn't know about this group purchase so I tried to order one today with the Forum Discount. Entered the code Bezel10 but it wasn't recognized so I am holding off from making the purchase right now. Disappointed.

The group buy was back in March and limited to 10 customers. So, you're disappointed because you missed a sale that was limited to a certain number of people? Are vendors just supposed to keep a sale going indefinitely?

No not really. Vendors could do whatever they want to make a sale. I was in the Automotive parts business over 38 years and knew what I needed to do to make plenty of sales over the years. I am retired now. Vette Nutts lost one to me this morning because I could care less if I buy one or not. $60 would of created some incentive on my part to make a move this morning. I own 4 Corvettes a C2,C3,C5 and C6. My C6 already has the factory Double Din in the car although not a Hands Free Setup. I already plan to change the factory one out to a Kenwood hands free/CarPlay Double Din. I just thought I would do the same for my C5 more so for the Hands Free feature but it really isn't that important to me. I don't drive any of my Vetts as much as I should. I didn't really want to hack up my original Bezel but I have fabricated many things on many cars over the years and I am betting I could make it look right if I did so that may be another option. Thanks for your reply. Are you associated with Vett Nutts?

I don't think he'd be sold out yet.... maybe another sale coming up soon.... don't wanna pay 389.00 though.. the $60.00 discount may entice me somewhat as well.....I've got a pretty good system now, but a DD bezel may be on my mod list regardless...maybe I can pick up something at Corvettes of Carlisle this year....
