Does this make the seating position any lower? I'm 6'6", looking to get down an inch or 2 from stock height.

I don't think it really makes it any lower. If it is, it isn't very much at all. I have the rubber on the bottom of these trimmed off in order to sit a little lower as well. But even with that, it's near stock ish as far as that goes

The seat was comfortable I thought. My car recently got fully caged & now has an FIA seat mounted in it. I used this seat for HPDE/ street driving for a little while. It's located in Phoenixville, PA but could be shipped. I just need to get with the shop and see when they could ship it if need be. Not positive on the sizing. If you look in Corbeau website, it should have the specifics as it's the normal size seat
