Default [TX] TransGo Shift Kit - new in box - SOLD

Sold to SJTRance - thanks!

I've got a TransGo shift kit for the 4L60E transmission. This is advertised to fit all of our C5's from '97 - '01, but several e-mails from various Forum members have confirmed that this kit will work on all of the A4 transmissions through '04. I purchased the kit a little over a month ago from another member, but I've decided to go a different route with my trans. Since the main goal of getting this particular car was to have a warranty, I figure I'd better leave the trans just as it is and go more towards the programming side of things, i.e. LS1 Edit or Predator to improve the shift characteristics. While I'd love to install this kit, I just think it better that I not do it. This is the whole kit - I only opened the box to take the picture. It comes with an installation video. The kit works with a number of cars, including the Camaro, TransAm, Astro van, Blazer, Jimmy, Suburban, Silverado, Tahoe, Yukon, etc. I gave $90 plus shipping - would anyone offer me that? I'm in zip code 75002 if you want to calculate shipping. The box weighs about 4 pounds. Please post here first before sending any PM's or EM's. That way we can keep an order of "dibs". I'll sell it outright to the first person that will commit to $90 plus shipping. And please, PayPal only on this. That's where my mod money is stored

Robert,

Do you think it's a DIY or would I have to take it over to LG's?

Dave - it's a little complicated, but not overwhelming. There are not really many parts to change out, and there is a video that goes along with it to show you how to do it. There are detailed photos of each step with very specific instructions and exploded illustrations. I'd say DIY if you have a reasonable skill at car repairs. Honestly, I was going to call LG to do it, but more because of my limited garage space and free time than a lack of confidence that I could do it myself.

I'll take it if we can get the price right. But what does it do? LOL!

SJTrance - sorry for the delay in getting back to you - I'm on a borrowed computer out of town... Send me a PM and let's talk. I'm certainly willing to entertain offers.

Wifes car was hit last week, however if you still have it, and her car doesn't get totalled(hoping it does), I'll buy it. As long as there is a return customer discount....LOL

Still have it... SJTrance? Haven't heard back from my last PM to you. Ex-BMW is second - is your car totalled? Sad if it is... kvozel, you're the most current interested party. Let's see if SJ can respond here with a yay or nay by tomorrow afternoon, then see if Ex-BMW has a car left to install this on - if not, then it's yours...?

SJ - sent you EMail instead of PM which doesn't seem to work right now.
