Don't get over here much and I have a problem. Coming back from Phoenix the other day I noticed light had come on and all gauges were normal. I slowed down to 75 and drove it back home. Gas gauge dropped like a rock and it took 9 gallons of gas to go 140 miles. I usually get about 25 at freeway speeds. I am okay with the mechanical work on the car, but the emissions systems and the computers are off limits to me. I'm thinking maybe an O2 sensor. Car has 17,000 miles on it, 8,000 with mods in sig and 3" RT hi-flo cats have 8,000 miles on them. Car idles fine and runs okay-did not get on it after light came on. Only thing apparent is dismal mileage. Any ideas would be really appreciated. Thanks.
